Fast, and friendly customer service. Dropped off my Honda during my morning appointment to assess technical issues with my navigator screen. It was ready by early afternoon, and they resolved the issue. After a thorough inspection and performing a reset to the system, it was ready, and free of charge! I was pleasantly surprised, and they even threw in a free car wash, which was the cherry on top! It’s also definitely worth mentioning that the gentleman that received my car to park it appropriately and ensure they had my key, actually provided me with a quick tutorial on how to remove just the fob itself, since he thoughtfully noticed that I was having trouble trying to remove my other keys. Another cherry on top! Thank you First Honda Simi Valley!

Edit: Recently purchased another Honda. The staff does not rush and took the time to answer questions, allow multiple test drives and just created a very comfortable experience. Thank you First Honda of Simi Valley. We have had Honda vehicles for 4 yrs now. Normal routine maintenance. And minor repair work. The staff in the service department are always kind, helpful and get you the answer in a timely manner. And the vehicle is returned as soon as they can. We love First Honda
