Overall, a very positive experience. The appointment process was very easy with flexible scheduling. When I arrived at the dealership, check-in was very fast and easy. I arrived early for my appointment and my service adviser, John, was already helping another customer. Ryan was available and took care of us right away. The work was completed efficiently and my vehicle was available when promised. Every step of the process was explained along the way. The staff kept in touch with me and provided updates throughout the day. So far, no issues with the work done. I'm impressed with the helpfulness, attentiveness, and professionalism of the staff. This was my first time visiting this location but definitely won't be my last! Thank you!!

Pretty happy with this dealership. I actually live closer to the Thousand Oaks location but after a bad experience, switched my business to this one and I’m never looking back. They are great communicators, I’ve never had issues getting an appointment where I’ve had to wait too far out in advance, and the service is handled fairly quickly where I don’t feel like I’m wasting a whole day at the dealership. Highly recommend!

Great dealership. Being able to walk around without an aggressive salesmen is so hard to find but this Honda dealer made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Our salesman, Nilhad, was fantastic. Very nice, understanding and willing to work on figuring out which model HR-V was the right one for me. I absolutely will be going back for my wife's new lease in a year.

What an exceptional purchase experience of a brand new Honda Accord SE, all the way from Texas! Eric Tran, General Manager, is a true professional, respectful, patient, transparent, kind, and an exceptional communicator. We purchased a new car on behalf of my 85-year old father in less than 3 hours, the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother and been any simpler. First Honda Simi Valley went above and beyond in every possible way, and to top it off, they even delivered the vehicle to my father. This dealership and its people deserve much more than 5 stars. Phenomenal Experience at First Honda Simi Valley! I recently purchased a 2026 CR-V Hybrid Sport from First Honda in Simi Valley, and the entire experience was absolutely phenomenal. I negotiated with Melanie and Eric online, and we were able to quickly settle on a fair price before I even set foot in the dealership. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. I was in and out in less than two hours! A huge thank you to Jose, who helped with the test drive and took the time to show me all the great features and amenities of my new CR-V. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, and efficient. This was by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend First Honda Simi Valley.
