John was very helpful. He said there are some things I need to look at soon coming on my car and he wrote down the prices without me having to ask, which I loved. And I like the little work stations inside. I was able to cute my hair, eat and watch a show. It was awesome.

1. Eric, the general manager, seemed genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction and went out of his way to make sure the dealership was providing just that. 2. Jose, the salesman, went out of his way to show the car’s functionality. Although my wife and I were short on time, Jose made it clear we could come back anytime to continue to go over the car’s features.

I recently moved into the area and brought my Accord in for its 50k service. I had the oil changed and a transmission service. It was done faster than promised and at a very good price. They didn't try and sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need. I am very pleased! Thank you First Honda!

Appreciate Ryan Davis, the service advisor's helped with my car. He's such a humble soul. Last year I just bought my 2nd Honda. I do see the service not as quite good as 10 years ago. I meant the technicians. I used Honda since 2013. My car came out clean and inside carpet too. But now, it's dirty inside and outside when I got it back. The first time they didn't fix my A/C, and I got my car back exactly like the car I turned it in. I was disappointing and felt wasted of my whole day without a car, but they took care of it at my 2nd appointment. I think they need more technicians to work, and they need keep track with their work, and do car inspection before they take it back and show to the costumer.

Good work and prompt friendly service on my Honda. Nice that they washed the car too. John is an excellent service advisor and keeps us all in communication.
