I went in, two weeks ago, looking to (finally) get a new car (after having my 2006 Honda Civic LX for 20 years, this May!), in a short amount of time. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I received excellent customer service, from both Jaylen & Melanie! 🙌🏼 They were not pushy, at all, made my experience very comfortable and welcoming, and really helped me with getting a lease, on my brand-new 2026 CR-V EX-L. 🙌🏼 I went in, on a Thursday, and drove away, in my new car, two days later. Everything went well, the staff was very friendly [shoutout to Ozzy (in the finance dept.), as well!👍🏻], and I would certainly recommend anyone in the Ventura County area, looking to buy/lease a Honda vehicle, to stop by First Honda Simi Valley! I needed immediate service as my battery had gone dead unexpectedly and was still under warranty. The service shop said if I could get there in a half hour they would replace the battery immediately. AAA started the car and I drove it FIrst Honda and they replaced the battery and did my regular oil change and filter replacement as well as washed the car all in about an hour while I waited. This was just what I needed and I left feeling very satisfied with the service.

I just purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid. Sales associate John Kolb was outstanding in his handling of the whole process. He was professional, polite and altogether great. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully and if anything came up that he needed assistance with, his associates Anthony & Jose were gracious in helping getting info for me. My salesman, Nihad Waary, was phenomenal — polite, patient, knowledgeable, and completely no‑pressure from start to finish. He made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. In finance, Osvaldo “Ozzie” Mejorado was outstanding. He explained every option clearly, never pushed anything unnecessary, and made the paperwork portion surprisingly easy. Melanie Gentile, the sales manager, was absolutely first‑rate. She treated me with respect, answered every question clearly, and ensured everything moved efficiently and professionally. Because of Nihad, Ozzie, and Melanie, I can confidently say I’ll only buy my Hondas from First Honda of Simi Valley going forward. This team sets the standard for what a dealership experience should be.
