Had to have my AC repaired. Luckily it was covered under an extended warranty by Honda (thank you!). This is my second experience at this dealership and both times the entire experience from scheduling to pickup was a breeze. The people are so nice and very professional and knowledgeable. Such a class act. Shout out to John at the service desk. He’s amazing! I just wish dealerships weren’t so much more expensive but thankfully both of my visits were covered. My AC is working perfectly now.

John in the service department is outstanding!! He goes out of his way to accommodate your needs for scheduling. Once you drop your car off, John provides updates on when your vehicle will be completed.

I changed cars in 2025. I had a Kira Niro from 2018-2025. I was in the process of keeping my next car in the Kia family but an oil issue came up with these cars and decided I wasn’t going to deal with them anymore. So I decided that the Hybrid Honda CRV would be my next choice. I purchased it in July 2025. I knew that a Honda dealership was near my home in Simi Valley. It was First Street Honda. Everyone there has been nothing but friendly, respectful and courteous. Ryan (tall guy) has been so supportive and helpful with my needs. The other service manager Don has also been very considerate and informative about my car needs. I have found a new car family. I will let my friends and family know to take their Honda vehicles there. Thanks for all you help!

Courteous and timely

We have always had a most positive experience at this dealership when bringing our 2006 CRV in for regular servicing. The facility itself is first class and provides every amenity for its customers. The staff are polite, efficient and very helpful and I would definitely recommend this dealership for Honda owners. We purchased the car here 20 years ago and they have been servicing it ever since, even though it necessitates us driving to a neighboring county. On our most recent visit John took care of our air-conditioning issue promptly and at a reasonable cost. Would not trust any other facility with servicing this car.

We can not thank First Honda Simi Valley enough they helped us when we need a new reliable family car to add to our Honda collection. Albert, Dean, Ozzy, and Henry were amazing helping us get the price we need and the exact 2026 can we wanted brand new, even after the first one was sold! If you are in the market for a new car go check them out you will not be disappointed! I have now been in the van for three months and am still very happy with our purchase! John in service is amazing and takes care of both of our Honda service needs!
